Dan began his career as a military investigator, where emotional control, precision communication, and the ability to read people accurately were essential. He later spent more than two decades as a Global Chief Human Resources Officer and international board member, leading organizations through growth, crisis, and transformation. His credentials include ICF PCC coaching certification, a Master Neurolinguistics Practitioner (MNLP) designation, and MIT's applied neuroscience program.
