About AGL Coaching
AGL deploys experienced executive coaches across five continents. Every engagement starts with a real conversation about what you are actually dealing with.
AGL was built on a single conviction: coaching that changes how a leader performs under pressure requires more than credentials. It requires coaches who have been there. Who have led organizations through crisis. Who have built teams across borders. Who have sat in the room where the real decisions happen.
The result is a firm anchored to a proprietary methodology: Leadership Mastery™. Developed from the integration of neuroscience, neurolinguistics, military investigation training, and decades of corporate executive leadership experience, Leadership Mastery™ is a structured program focused on how leaders think, decide, communicate, and lead — particularly when ambiguity is present, demands are high, and outcomes matter. The methodology is proven. The application is calibrated to the leader's role, objectives, and what the organization needs to be true.
The result is practical, measurable change in how a leader performs — not a series of conversations that feel productive but leave little behind.
"Leadership Mastery™ integrates neuroscience, neurolinguistics, and executive experience into a single, structured program. Leaders gain the tools and mindsets to make clear decisions, navigate complexity, and sustain performance across the organization."
We start with a conversation — not a pitch. Before recommending anything, we listen to understand the leader, the organization, and what needs to change.
We select a coach across five dimensions: cultural context, language, industry, function, and coaching style. The match is deliberate, not convenient.
The engagement runs through AGL's proven methodology, calibrated to the leader's specific goals, role, and organizational context. Structured and accountable.
Sponsor touchpoints, a Leadership Acceleration Plan™, and 24/7 access to AGL's coaching platform hold progress in place after every session.
Every AGL coach goes through a rigorous vetting process before working with any client engagement. Most have held senior leadership or executive roles. All carry recognized coaching credentials. AGL does not deploy coaches who have only been coaches.
But the matching process is where AGL operates differently. Every assignment is built across five dimensions. A coach who has operated in the same cultural context, speaks the language of the business, and has navigated the same function will build trust faster and create impact sooner. That specificity is not accidental. It is how AGL is designed.
The Five Dimensions of Every Coach Match
Shared cultural context accelerates trust and makes the coaching conversation real from the start.
A leader should not have to translate their professional environment before a coaching conversation can begin.
Sector knowledge allows the coach and leader to move quickly, without spending sessions educating each other.
Finance, operations, HR, commercial, legal: each function has its own pressure points. The coach understands that firsthand.
The right methodology for the leader's situation and personality. Direct, structured, exploratory, or challenge-based.
AGL builds coaching programs for C-Suite executives and senior leaders, for VPs and directors on an executive track, and for high-potential leaders being developed for the next level. The work looks different at each stage. The standard does not.
For those already in the top role: navigating sustained pressure, leading through significant change, or managing the personal cost of the position. The focus is performance, not development theater.
For leaders on a clear executive track: developing executive presence, strategic perspective, and the cross-functional influence that move a leader from effective manager to organizational force.
For leaders being intentionally prepared for expanded responsibility: building capability early, accelerating readiness, and shortening the gap between where they are and where the organization needs them to be.
AGL coaches in 25+ countries across five continents. For organizations operating globally, that means the right coach, matched to the leader's context, wherever the work happens.
Cultural background and language are part of every matching decision. A leader in North America, Europe, or Asia should not have to spend session time educating their coach on local business norms, cultural dynamics, or professional context.
AGL's global bench makes that possible without sacrificing quality or the depth of the match.
Active coaching engagements in 25+ countries and growing.
AGL operates across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America, and Africa.
Language and cultural context are standard criteria in every coach matching decision.
Managing Partner, AGL Coaching
Dan began his career as a military investigator, where emotional control, precision communication, and the ability to read people accurately were not skills: they were operational requirements. That foundation shaped how he approaches every leadership challenge.
He later spent more than two decades as a Global Chief Human Resources Officer and international board member, leading organizations through growth, crisis, and transformation across multiple continents. He has sat at the table where organizational decisions are made and understands the real weight of leading through them.
His credentials include the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation, a Master Neurolinguistics Practitioner (MNLP) certification, and the applied neuroscience program at MIT. That combination of frontline pressure and executive responsibility allows Dan to work at the intersection of how leadership theory actually meets situational reality.
Dan founded AGL to build a coaching firm that operates at the same standard: experienced coaches with the credentials, cultural awareness, and coaching discipline to produce outcomes that matter to the organization, not just the individual.
